Outstanding customer service! I bought a used boat (via the internet) from Diamond due to their well established customer service record and BBB membership. I was not disappointed. From the initial sale through post-purchase follow-up, these professionals demonstrated a level of customer service rarely seen today. The initial purchase went smoothly and it was a pleasure working with sales manager Mark. I was unable to pick up the boat immediately, so Kathy, the registration/title person coordinated temporary storage for me at Diamond. When I was able to pick up the boat, both Mark and service manager Tom were there to personally go over the boat equipment and functions with me and help me hook the boat and trailer up to my truck. I put my boat on the lake and experienced an unforeseen throttle operation issue. Tom diagnosed the problem and owner Karl approved covering the cost of repair. These people really stand behind their boats and reputation. Thanks again to the great people at Diamond Marine. When I decide to upgrade my boat, Diamond will be the first place I look!
